WARRANTY POLICY

Below you will find our general warranty guidelines. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the brand and type of product. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact our team before or after your purchase.

General Warranty Information

  • Manufacturer’s warranty: Most of the products we sell are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Coverage period: The length and terms of the warranty depend on each brand and product line. Please refer to the product documentation and brand website for detailed information.
  • Original purchaser: Warranty coverage typically applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • Proof of purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation from Speed Helmet Shop USA is required for all warranty claims.
  • Assessment: The manufacturer (or their authorized service center) will evaluate the product and determine if the issue is covered under warranty.

Speed Helmet Shop USA will assist you in communicating with the manufacturer and guiding you through the warranty process whenever possible.

What Is Typically Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of manufacture.
  • Premature failure of components under normal and intended use.
  • Manufacturing flaws identified and confirmed by the brand or authorized service center.

The exact coverage may differ depending on the brand (helmets, intercoms, boots, jackets, etc.). Always check the specific warranty terms for your product.

How to Request Warranty Service

  1. Contact our team: Send us an email at support@speedhelmetshop.com or call +1 (786) 718-4012. Please include your order number, product name and a description of the issue.
  2. Attach photos: When possible, include clear pictures of the product and the area where the problem appears.
  3. Evaluation: We will review your information and, if needed, coordinate with the manufacturer for further evaluation.
  4. Shipping instructions: If the product needs to be inspected physically, we will provide instructions on where and how to ship it.
  5. Resolution: After the manufacturer has evaluated the item, they will determine the appropriate action, which may include repair, replacement or rejection of the claim according to their policy.

Please do not ship any product to us or to the manufacturer without contacting us first and receiving the proper instructions. This helps avoid delays and lost packages.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use (including interior padding, graphics, visor scratches, etc.).
  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, drops or improper use.
  • Damage due to lack of maintenance, incorrect cleaning products or modifications.
  • Products used in competition or in ways not intended by the manufacturer, unless explicitly stated.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the safety or function of the product.

Warranty does not replace proper care and maintenance. It is meant to cover manufacturing issues, not damage from use, misuse or accidents.

Helmets & Safety Products

  • Any helmet that has been involved in an accident or shows signs of impact should be replaced and is typically not covered by warranty.
  • Internal padding and comfort liners will compress over time; this is a normal characteristic and not considered a defect.
  • Visors and shields can scratch with use; this is considered normal wear and usually not covered.

Your safety is our priority. If your helmet has suffered a significant impact, we strongly recommend replacing it, even if there is no visible damage.
