Shipping Information
- Where we ship from: All orders are shipped from our location in Miami, Florida, USA.
- Where we ship to: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you need shipping outside the U.S., please contact us before placing your order.
- Processing time: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Delivery time: Transit times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will see an estimated delivery window when you finalize your order.
- Shipping costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight and chosen carrier.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
If you have a deadline for receiving your gear (track day, trip, event), please contact us so we can recommend the best shipping option.
Important Shipping Notes
- Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
- Delivery attempts: If a package is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, we may need to charge additional shipping to resend it.
- Lost or damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible so we can open a claim with the carrier and help you find a solution.
How to Start a Return

- Wait for instructions: Our team will confirm if your item is eligible for return and send you the return instructions.
- Pack your item: Use the original box when possible and protect the product so it does not get damaged in transit.
- Ship the package: Use a trackable shipping service. Keep your receipt and tracking number until your return is fully processed.
- Receive your refund or exchange: Once we inspect the product, we will process your refund, store credit or exchange according to our policy.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be confident in your gear. If something does not fit or is not what you expected, please read the guidelines below before sending any item back.
- Return window: We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of items: Products must be new, unused and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, manuals and packaging.
- Helmets: For safety reasons, helmets must not have been used on the road or show any signs of impact, scratches on the shell or visor, or marks on the interior.
- Who pays for return shipping: In most cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit, according to your preference and our policy.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Used or damaged helmets that show signs of impact or road use.
- Items returned without original packaging, tags or accessories.
- Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable.
- Customized or special-order products (if applicable).
